Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains how Maker Foundry collects, uses, and protects your information when you use TumblerForge — in plain English.

1. What we collect

  • your name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to add it, when you create your Maker Foundry account;
  • authentication credentials, or your Google profile if you sign in with Google;
  • subscription and billing information — processed and stored by Stripe (we never see or store your card number);
  • basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product;
  • the content of messages you send our support team.

What we don’t collect: your artwork. Design editing and 3D mockup rendering happen locally in your browser — your designs are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

2. How we use your information

To provide and improve the Service; to process billing through Stripe; to send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts); to send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time; to send marketing texts if you gave us your phone number; to measure our ads; to answer support requests; and to detect fraud or abuse.

Your account. Accounts are created on The Forge at apps.makerfoundryco.com. It is one Maker Foundry account that works across every Maker Foundry app, including TumblerForge.

Email. When you create an account, you agree to receive product updates, tips and promotional emails from Maker Foundry. The sign-up form says so. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Text messages. The phone number is optional. If you add it at sign-up, you are signed up for recurring automated marketing texts from Maker Foundry. The form says so under the phone field. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

3. Third-party services we use

  • Supabase: authentication and account database;
  • Stripe: payments, subscriptions, and the billing portal;
  • Cloudflare: hosting for the web app and API;
  • Klaviyo: marketing email and text messages;
  • Amazon SES: transactional email, such as proof notifications;
  • Re:amaze: support chat and help articles;
  • Meta: ad measurement and ad audiences (see below);
  • Google: optional sign-in, and Google Analytics for site usage.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. TumblerForge’s own pages also load the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4.

The Meta Pixel sends page views and conversion events, such as sign-up, checkout start, trial start and purchase, to Meta. It sends them to TumblerForge’s own pixel and to the shared Maker Foundry dataset. We use this to measure our ads and to build ad audiences. Our server also sends trial, subscription and purchase events to Meta through its Conversions API, with your email hashed first. Google Analytics tells us how the site is used, such as which pages are visited.

We don’t show a cookie banner. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Unsubscribe from any email with the link in it, and reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

5. Your rights

You can access and update your account details from your account page, manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal, unsubscribe from marketing email with one click, stop marketing texts by replying STOP, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing tumblerforge@makerfoundryco.com. We process data requests within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We keep account information while your account is active and for 30 days after you close it. Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), credentials are hashed, and internal access follows least-privilege. If a breach affects your data, we’ll notify you within 72 hours.

8. Children

TumblerForge is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If we discover an account belonging to a child under 13, we delete it.

9. International users

We operate from the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in the US.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we’ll email you and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
